‘Here’s a brief description of our school. Ours the Barrackpore Debiprasad High School, founded in the year 1918, started its journey with the then matriculation and later school find standard. After that it was converted to earstwhile XIth ,i.e old higher secondary standard. And now it is a XII class Higher Secondary school ( CO-ED) Amidst several Higher secondary school in this region, ours is one of the most enlighted one and as we are heading towards our centenary, the school is consistencely trying for enriching towards its perfection. Our intension is to provide the best quality of education to thestudents. Having this in mind we introduced computer learning system. And last but not the least the final results of both secondary and Higher secondary examination always remain highly satisfactorily. We are very proud to write about our cultural activity ,(student-teachers) relationship and also about our sports that are organized on regular basis( Inter class football, cricket and Badminton competition).
